Are you an RN, with a desire to work part time in a supportive, natural childbirth environment?
We are looking for someone who has some experience in OB and/or clinic nursing to compliment a small team supportive of birthing alternatives in an out of hospital setting. We will also consider a new graduate without experience if you are highly motivated and committed. Your job would consist of two clinic days with those days being on call 24 hours. This would also include on-call every other weekend as well as filling in for vacations as needed. You must be ok with being contacted in the middle of the night to come in for a labor and birth, live within 20 minutes of the Birth Center, and be ok with the possibility of working extended hours during your call time. The long term goal is to be the RN manager of the clinic in a full time capacity starting in January 2021.
Special qualifications include the ability to communicate effectively, flexibility with scheduling; can respectfully accept constructive criticism while learning, open to natural medicine, ability to engage with clients, professional while also personable and have a passion for what we do. That perfect employee would be someone who isn't going to treat being here as just another day of work.
