Lawn/Landscape Snow Removal Operations General Manager
Wage $35,000-$50,000 per year
Position Summary:
Established Full Service Landscape Maintenance Company in beautiful Northwest Montana, is seeking a long-term, committed, hardworking, and experienced GENERAL MANAGER of OPERATIONS who once hired will be able to run all operational aspects of our busy company (lawn maintenance, landscape design/installation, irrigation design/installation, and snow removal). The successful candidate will have solid management experience and lead our employees.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Ability to manage and oversee daily operations and supervision of 5 Division Managers.
Understanding and commitment to maintain budgets and oversight of gains and losses that effect the bottom line.

Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of landscape design and construction
Strong knowledge of irrigation repair/installation
Experience operating equipment Skid Steers, loaders, excavators, etc.
Management of Snow removal events and experience of the operations aspect as well as equipment use.
Understanding of plant physiology, irrigation and drainage systems
Possess knowledge of pesticide and fertilizer applications.
Be aware of environmental issues and act as a responsible environmental steward
Ability to oversee Division Managers as well as the 25 employees that create team
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of five years working full-time in the landscape industry with 2 years of direct management experience
