Our company is seeking a Field Manager for janitorial Services

Manage the day-to-day activities with team members onsite to discuss objectives for the day and help troubleshoot any issues.

Applicants must have relative and recent experience.

Must have at least 3 years’ experience in the last 5 years.

Role and Responsibilities

-Manage the day-to-day activities with team members onsite to discuss objectives for the day, and help troubleshoot any issues.·

-Make sure quality control inspections are conducted every month of all buildings and closely monitor the progress of work.

-Ensure equipment necessary for effective field operations is in adequate condition and available to team members as needed·

-Help enforce safety procedures and provide training for our team members and Attend weekly and monthly management meetings·

-Work closely with the HR department to coordinate interviews and the hiring process.

-Coordinate with subcontractors, and vendors, to discuss and review project information. Meet with on-site subcontractors to coordinate workflow.

-Work with contract Manager/COR on anticipated maintenance needs·

-Requisition supplies; purchase tools and equipment. Keep a supply inventory, help unload, and organize upon delivery. ·

-Manage and complete special/extra cleaning requests and work orders within 3-5 working days. ·

-Work closely with Del Sol’s Contract Specialist on extra billings ·

-Notify the contract manager of safety-related issues and lease agreement violations·

-Prepare yearly schedules on Excel of all deliveries (carpets, floors, window cleanings)

Experience:

3-5 years related experience and/or training in a managerial or supervisory role in a service-related industry

Proficient computer and tablet skills, including Microsoft Office, electronic payroll systems, online ordering and internet usage

Knowledge of general chemicals and practices used in a janitorial setting

Experience with janitorial equipment, including automatic scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers, strip/wax floors and carpet care, etc.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.

Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and be eligible to work in the US
