2008 Tahoe and 2002 Tahoe engine swap

I have a 2008 Tahoe with a collapsed lifter I have a 2002 Tahoe that runs well I want to switch the motors, or think of a way to fix the situation. I am at a loss the quotes for labor are tough to swallow quotes are out of line. someone wants cash to do this? Cash Call 406-two49-7two-00 Both units run. just scared to run the 2008 from the miss.
