As the Retail Manager, you will be interacting directly with guests and assisting in purchasing one of a kind items found in our luxury retail outlet, The Wilderness Outpost.
The Wilderness Outpost at The Resort at Paws Up showcases exquisitely crafted clothing, beautifully rugged footwear, inspired fine art and housewares, gallery-worthy jewelry and unexpected artisanal products. Its a curated collection of our best discoveries.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
10 years experience in product-based retail operations
2 years experience in the role of Assistant Manager or Manager leadership role
Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of computers, computer cash register, and POS systems
Basic mathematical skills
Proven excellent customer services skills, communication skills, and organizational skills
Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, leading a team
Valid Drivers License; Meet company driving policy
In addition, your responsibilities include providing accurate information about The Resort, activities, and amenities while delivering a personalized guest experience.
