Equipment Operator (Missoula)

Missoula Valley Concrete Pumping is now hiring a boom pump operator in Missoula for the surrounding area. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people in a growing company.

A Concrete Pump Operator is a skilled equipment operator, traveling to multiple job sites in a given day, working with a variety of customers in many different seasonal conditions. Jobs vary in size, location, and complexity requiring flexibility, thoughtfulness, and the ability to adapt to each condition. On the job training, prior concrete pump operation not required. Requirements:

ÚÂ CDL with driving experience on and off road

ÚÂ DOT drug screening

ÚÂ Good driving record

ÚÂ Dependable, on time and presentable for working conditions

ÚÂ Good communication skills

Preferred Experience:

ÚÂ Concrete pumping experience

Equipment operating experience

ÚÂ Mechanical repair and maintenance

ÚÂ Experience in the construction field

Duties and Responsibilities:

ÚÂ Operating and maintaining concrete pump trucks

ÚÂ Maintaining a safe environment on and off job sites

ÚÂ Equipment maintenance and repair

ÚÂ Paperwork including: job invoices, maintenance and inspection forms, time cards

ÚÂ High level of customer service and rapport building with customers
