- IP Addressing, Subnets, DNS, VMWare ESX.
- RHEL Linux
- Windows 2012, 2016 (Active Directory user & group membership)
- Ability to write scripts. (PowerShell, Bash, Excel)
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to multitask and/or maintain multiple in-flight work efforts within time sensitive parameters
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Participate in the day-to-day operational support and service delivery of client IT infrastructure by
- Creating Service Requests (SR)/Change Requests (CR) in ServiceNow
- Monitoring, responding to, and tracking IT Infrastructure incidents through the workflow product (ServiceNow.)
- Providing accurate tracking and reporting of SRs, CRs, and incidents
- Maintain and report on asset inventory
- Create and updated Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain good relations with internal and external clients
- Ability to document and update Standard Operating Procedures
- Onboard, Offboard, and Recertify Team members
- ITIL Certification
- Knowledge of ESX
- CompTIA Certification
- Strong Excel Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
