Development Implementation Lead / Manager

We are looking for someone who is or recently has been close to software development. This person will need to be able to lead a team of developers on implementing our AMS solution, but will need to more so understand the technical aspects of SDLC, CI/CD, architecture, etc. Organized dev lead who is a very strong communicator that can handle concurrent implementations of this software product.

The Implementation Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and execution of new products including flagship products. Enhance current system, new systems and rollout. Will also be responsible for working with the company' s sales team in identifying, scoping and developing new offerings. Previous experience in an insurance environment is a huge plus. (NOT looking for a Project Manager) Experience with .NET/Azure is preferred for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of new products into programs and manage progress, timelines, status, schedules, risks, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Meet regularly with Management team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and/or large scale projects across multiple groups or divisions.
  • Deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Provide effective leadership and management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate principles, values and policies.
  • Proactively monitor the performance of the deployed solution, report to stakeholders and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Responsible for effective scope definition and change management.

  • Must have demonstrated leadership capability on projects.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Demonstrated Project management knowledge and experience.

  • Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft programs with a specific requirement of intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor' s degree in business, engineering or technical field from four-year college or university is desired.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
