The successful candidate will lead global marketing activities and team members for our Diagnostic and clinical-use products. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Clinical portfolio, aligning with divisional or corporate stakeholders and campaigns, developing marketing tactics, and working with regional partners for implementation. global marketing plan.What will you do?Define and support go-to-market strategy for IVD instruments and reagents, including customer segmentation and messaging, product/portfolio positioning, creative concept development, and tactic execution

Thoroughly understand regulatory environment for medical devices, customer needs, and product use to develop compelling messaging and customer segmentation

Work with regional partners to align on marketing plans and support execution of marketing campaigns within their geographic region

Write compelling marketing copy for application notes, emails, webpages, brochures, flyers, training documents, etc. and work with a creative agency to develop content into marketing assets

Lead the team to execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns and programs across digital channels and commercial teams, including SEM/SEO optimization, lead generation funnel, web content updates, training materials and support tools

Track, measure, and communicate marketing performance using analytical tools and marketing KPIs

Track and manage marketing budget

Interact with regulatory and quality affairs teams to review marketing claims, provide updated guidance, training, or documentation to commercial teams and customers

May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Lead the execution of marketing campaigns to generate awareness and drive demand; achieve measurable results for key initiatives and new and/or existing products.

Collaborate and ensure alignment of marketing plans among Product Management, Regional Market Development Partners, Commercial Leaders, and other stakeholders.

Lead the engagement of internal and external advertising agencies to deliver high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, PR, video, social media, customer-facing presentations, global tradeshow properties and promotional materials.

Background or experience with supporting or marketing medical devices or similarly regulated products

EducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Bachelor's Degree required with an Emphasis in Marketing or Communications is preferred.

Advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or other life science is preferred.

Experience5+ years of proven hands-on experience in marketing roles of increasing scoperequired.

Proven track record of marketing products in a clinical or diagnostic market, preferably medical devices.

Exceptional communication skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills.

Broad knowledge of marketing 4Ps, channels-to-market, segmentation, value proposition, marketing plan and campaign development, content marketing, voice of customer research and customer journey maps.

Self-starter and collaborative within project teams, and successful track record working in complex (matrixed) environments, including managing expectations of multiple stakeholders across business units and regions.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesWritten and oral communication skills including presentations to leadership.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage project scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion of project deliverables.

Flexibility and adapting quickly to change.

Some domestic and international travel (10%).
