Responsibilities and Duties:
Order parts
assign work orders
manage outsourced service/repair jobs
Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practice
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 years of customer service.
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
