Job Description

As an Administrative Team Coordinator, you will work together with our Talent Development team to support the delivery of learning and development solutions to all employees. You will work closely with our team to support the execution of firm-wide programs, manage logistics for all team members, support technical experts with creating and managing project schedules, scheduling, attending, and providing meeting notes, and maintaining accurate project information in databases. This role will also provide backup support to our Learning Management Systems lead.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE,Omaha, NE, or Overland Park, KSoffice locations.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Associate’s Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Creative Writing, or closely related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the A/E industry is helpful but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the capacity to learn new software.
  • A passion for detailed work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and maintain workload.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
