Description:This position is responsible for the technical delivery of the Premier Navigator product solution to end users in the banking financial services industry. The individual oversees all technical aspects of the product including server administrations, database administration, performs technical implementations, application installations/upgrades, application monitoring, server monitoring, and works directly with internal Clients to provide support for the product. The position is responsible for researching/resolving critical problems to ensure a high level of Client satisfaction and retention.The individual oversees all technical aspects of the product and works directly with internal Clients to provide support and installation and technical implementations for the product. The Possess strong retention skillsHave analytical problem solving abilityHave a good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Windows servers, including hardware and softwareBe able to take ownership of job duties & responsibilities as well as work independently with minimal supervision and oversight Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft SQL 2008 & higher, Windows all versions, SSL Cert knowledge, IIS, Scripting a plus.Microsoft SQL Query LanguageMicrosoft Server 2012 & higherMicrosoft Internet Information Services (IIS)FTP file movements and file transmissionsWorking knowledge of network connectivity including basic connectivity troubleshootingTechnical product implementations (includes SQL DBA & Windows Server administration functions)A wide variety of 3rd party programs and applications Education:Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred.Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process, with a working knowledge of the organization and intermediate technical skills required to complete assignments.
