Job Description:The Consumer Investments Performance Reporting and Analytics team is responsible for creating and publishing reports that illustrate the performance of the business, associates and products and support financial reporting. In addition, the team produces analyses needed to support the overall strategy of the business.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Develop and maintain reporting showing key Merrill Edge metrics for Senior Management Develop business, manager and associate level reporting with key performance results Lead / prioritize reporting needed for strategic initiatives across Edge Provide support by preparing quantitative analysis across all business initiatives Partner across business functions to build and strengthen integration points Supporting GWIM and LMO partnership around Referral planning, account, asset and Hybrid impactsRequired skills:
Proven advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
Able to identify trends in large data sets and communicate impact
Able to foster collaborative relationships within and across business units and sectors
Think strategically, grasp complex ideas and is able to articulate thoughts and ideas effectively to a diverse audience
Demonstrate integrity, honesty and remain calm under pressure
Proven capability to effectively communicate with Senior Management
Self-motivated and delivery focused with good problem solving skills
Extremely organized with good time management skillset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills:
Minimum 3+ years experience in Financial Services
Edge business knowledge
Working knowledge of data modeling methodologies, SQL, data visualization tools and analytical tools
Access to and knowledge of W, MIDAS and Edgeware
