We have a new and exciting opportunity for a qualified Field Tech to join our client for an onsite position.Responsibilities:
- Included Hardware Support, Software Support, and IMAC services
- Assumes all equipment is Tier One and supported by Compucom
- Provide approved work order for IMAC services
- Schedule installations
- install, move, add, or change of equipment as required
- Conduct performance and functional testing on equipment and systems software
- Adjust configuration options as required for installation, adhering to the system change management procedures
- De-install and remove displaced equipment as required
- Cover all 3 locations (within 5 mile radius)
