When you join #TeamAmex, you become part of a diverse community of over 60,000 colleagues, all with a common goal to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.As part of the Tech Strategy & Portfolio Management organization, the Agile Management & Product Operations (AMPO) team is responsible for defining and governing the core standards, frameworks, processes, and tools that are used across the enterprise for Technology Investment, Software Development (SDLC) and Software Capitalization.The Group Product Manager will be the primary product specialist for the team and collaborate with business leaders and partners to craft the product vision, drive the Product Roadmap, prioritize the Engineering team’s sprint backlog, participate actively in all phases of the iteration process, and responsible for product decisions, release planning and leading designers and engineers to deliver user experiences, operational processes and supporting technology assets. You will do this in partnership with the existing Product Owners in the team supporting current and future products such as Portfolio Management Database (PMDB) tool, Clarity (PMT) and future Strategic Workforce tools.It takes exceptional people to create exceptional products.We’ve built one of the most respected service brands in the world by creating products that set the standard for ease, convenience, security and innovation. Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements

Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance

Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities

Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria

Strong customer service focus ensuring exceptional customer experience

Proven experience in data analysis and analytical decision-making

Experience working with rapid and iterative development teams

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required

Relevant experience with Portfolio/Financial Management

Experience with PMDB, PMT (Clarity), Ariba, Rally, Jira and other Portfolio tools preferred

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire business partners

Experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies

Excellent written & verbal communication

Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
