- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new solutions that meet business requirements, including system integrations, data migrations, and customizations
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that new solutions meet quality standards and user expectations
- Develop and maintain project artifacts including requirements documents, process flows, data mapping, test plans, and test cases
- Develop and maintain documentation for business systems, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing business systems and identify opportunities for optimization, including system performance, data quality, and user adoption
- Provide training and support to end-users of business systems to ensure proper use and adoption
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on information technology projects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile project-based environment. Proficient with user stories and agile ceremonies, principles and frameworks
- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and data mapping for system integration and API development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process modeling, system/non-functional requirements analysis, and vendor integration support.
- Understanding of various types of software architecture: client-server, web-based applications, web services, data schemas, SQL in order to support the delivery of user stories through solution suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure project success
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Familiar with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience utilizing Jira
- Experience working with remote teams
- Industry experience specifically in Eligibility and Enrollment methods of practice / delivery models, business rules and process across benefit programs
- Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences
