Tillotson construction season typically runs April-November
Each employee is offered the opportunity to complete our Full-Time - Crew Member training program before the end of the construction season. This must be completed in order to be considered for employment through the winter months.

Requirements
Must demonstrate the importance of safety to keep yourself and other crew members safe by following all company safety and OSHA rules
Act as support staff for experienced team members while applying roof coatings, roof foam or interior foam.
Works in shop as needed to prepare for the next day.
40+ hour work week
Works as a team to accomplish a great end result for the customer
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month
Must pass an instant and hair drug screening prior to hire
Subject to random drug screening during employment
Must be 18+ years of age
Must like working outside
Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be reliable & punctual
Willing to work long hours under hot conditions
Willing to be gone from home overnight when needed to complete jobs.
