Constructive Enterprises Inc. is a commercial general contractor, specializing in Pre-engineered Metal Buildings.
We are seeking a full-time General Labors and or Superintendents to perform general construction duties as part of our construction crew. Candidate would help maintain a clean, organized and safe job-site, while working with other team members erecting PEMB. Fast paced and fun.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License and transportation
Construction experience
Strong work ethic
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to use basic power tools
Ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
Good communication skills - both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail
Genuine interest in the construction industry
Willingness to learn construction tasks
Experience with erecting PEMB
Physical Activity/ Requirements of this Position:
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps and the like.
Raising objects from lower to higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.
Moving on foot to accomplish tasks
Repetitive motion.
Medium work. Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally.
Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

The worker is subject to environment conditions. Activities occur both inside and outside.
The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving parts, moving vehicles, working on scaffolding and high places, and exposure to various temperatures.
Responsibilities could include, but not limited to:
Assist the superintendent with daily activities
Could involve lifting/carrying materials; duties involving basic hand tools
Provide general back up support for all other positions, as needed
