CSR is currently seeking motivated and reliable people interested in an evaluation-to-hire opportunity to join a productive Team!
Job responsibilities include:
Promote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify safety concerns, faulty equipment as well as cost saving opportunities to supervisor
Move product and unload/load trucks safely using a forklift and able to follow equipment operating instructions (CSR is willing to train if you don't have forklift experience)
Verify loads being shipped out and received
Operate plastic processing equipment
Label, wrap and inventory product
Keep work area clean, sweep as needed
Other duties as requested
Qualifications include:
Positive attitude, enjoying working with a team and independently, and able to work with difficult personalities while maintaining composure
Reliable and have great attendance history
Interested in a long-term opportunity and wanting to learn new skills
Able to follow instructions and conduct both repetitive and varied work while maintaining attention to detail and focus
Responds appropriately when redirected from supervisor
Able to stand for 90% to 100% of work shift
Able to lift to 50 lbs
Shift Hours are: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and 11:00 pm - 7:30 am, Monday-Friday. Pay starts at $11/hour and may be increased upon experience.
Reliable transportation to work is REQUIRED!
