Experience - A minimum of two years related experience required. Work experience in the security, corrections or criminal justice field. Ability to function in a team setting. Supervisory experience is a must.

Should be able to work well with people, can be assertive and remain calm in the event of a crisis, and can maintain control in any given situation. Must be computer literate. Writing skills and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite to employment. Working knowledge should be extensive in department/corrections/community corrections policies and procedures and best practices regarding custody of residents and security of a facility.
Tasks Performed: Activities directly affect customer satisfaction, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of location operations, accountable for quality of all deliverables, assists AgTac Site Manager in identifying, interviewing and hiring quality security candidates, schedules personnel to support site operations, ensure security staff are prepared for shift duties, including ensuring all posts are properly staffed, develops staff in both technical and professional skills, demonstrate ability to resolve conflicts through de-escalation techniques, correctly maintain required documentation, including accurate and legible security logs. Effectively communicate with employees, visitors, vendors and third parties.
