These leads will require in house training
With the contingency you will receive a homeowners contact information, a set adjustment date, a sign in the yard and a very well prepped homeowner with signature. These homeowners are aware of the insurance process and have already filed a claim, we are allowed to attend the adjustment.
Payment structure for contingencies
All back-end contingency deals will be paid a flat rate on a tiered structure
Tiered Structure for pre and post hail
$300 for up to a $4,999 claim
$400 for up to a $5,000-$7,999 claim
$500 for $8,000 to $10,999 claim
$600 for $11,000-$13,999 claim
$700 for $14,000-$16,999 claim
$800 for $17,000-$19,999 claim
$900 for $20,000-$22,999 claim
$1,000 for $23,000-$25,999 claim
$1,100 for $26,000-$28,999 claim
$1,200 for $29,000-$31,000 claim
