We take care of all that. It also includes a forum for connecting with other techs and giving feedback to help us make it perfect. Best of all, no headset required!
Once OwnIT connects you with a customer, YOU own that customer’s IT issue from initial troubleshooting through completion. This includes coordinating times to meet them at their home or office, providing outstanding customer service, and working quickly to resolve their issues.
We are looking for Technical Partners with ANY of the following skills/experience:
-Device screen replacement
-Software and hardware troubleshooting
-Knowledge of operating systems
-System upgrades
-Software maintenance
-Installation and configuration of hardware and software
-Data recovery
-Network security
-Web design
-Web engineering
