Skills, Knowledge and Personal Characteristics:
-General maintenance experience.
-Knowledge of HVAC (License preferred).
-Appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
-Maintain a professional image through appearance and actions.
-Follow safety procedures, be safety conscious, steady, and dependable.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs in a timely manner.
-Maintain a professional image through appearance and actions.
-Promote good public relations with customers, co-workers, and company staff.
-Perform building and common area upkeep on a daily basis in accordance with company
standards.
-Complete or oversee the completion of preventive maintenance.
-Willing to participate in a monthly rotation to accommodate after hours and weekend emergencies.
