Work alongside the Project Management and Field Team.
Integrity Exterior Solution provides the opportunity to work with projects in many different disciplines and project sizes. Candidate must be driven, hardworking, and a self-starter.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising all stages of the roofing installations and repairs for commercial and/or residential projects. This individual will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish scaffolding and other safety equipment on job site
On jobsite supervision
Collaborate with foreman, subcontractors and homeowners
Review plans and specifications
Conduct property inspections
Verify deliveries and notate extra materials
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Have worked in similar field for at least 1 year
Solid management skills
Good attendance, punctuality & reliability
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Bilingual – preferred
