As a Shift Foreman, you will:
- Directly carry out supervisory responsibilities to effectively manage personnel to include training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensure that all company and industry regulated policies, procedures and practices are followed.
- Organize equipment, shop personnel, and work load to meet work requirements.
- Initiate and dispatch repair orders, schedule warranty work and conduct lot checks as needed.
- Assists drivers with repair write ups as needed.
- Ensure regular maintenance and cleanliness of premises and that tasks are completed efficiently, effectively and safely.
We are looking for someone with proficient computer skills and diesel experience. Our ideal candidate would have strong problem solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership qualities. If you like to multitask and work as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.
Compensation: $45,000-50,000, annually. Other perks include PTO starting day one, health & dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K, and so much more!
