T & A Transfer Inc is a company with all owner operators, we have over 20. We are based in Lincoln, NE with our yard right off i80 but our drivers live everywhere in the midwest. We only deal with owner operators so you don't have to worry about company drivers getting the "good loads". We run the midwest and stay away from Chicago. Our drivers get home EVERY weekend, you leave out Monday and get back Friday. Our drivers are averaging over $3000 a week take home right now after fuel. We direct deposit every Friday. We have 2018 Great Dane trailers available for rent. We offer some of the best percentages in the industry. We offer free fuel cards with great fuel discounts that are given to the driver. We pay the driver's 100% of detention and layover. All the dispatchers have at least 15 years experience and are available 24 hours a day. We treat our drivers like family not like a number.
