Candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have experience in finance and accounting. Must be able to calculate figures and amounts for all bookkeeping, payroll, budgets, statistical analysis and profitability statements/projections. This position reports directly to the Founder/CEO.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of financial recording, reporting and auditing
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable, cash distribution, online tenders, payroll, inventory analysis, fixed assets records, accounting and financial report creation
- Prepare regular financial reports for the CEO
- Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals and provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company financial health
- Manage all commercial banking relationships and vendor credit relationships
- Interface with all outside financial partners
- Report to and collaborate with the Founder/CEO
- Other duties as necessary. Ability to quantify hard and soft risks. TEAM PLAYER
