We're immediately interviewing for a Part-time (up to 25 hours per week) Home Health LPN in the Loveland and Fort Collins area.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a great leadership team and a well established Home Health and Hospice Agency (the Administrator still makes home visits and is 100% aware of the needs of their nurses and patients).
1+ years’ experience as an LPN in Hospice, Palliative, or Home health, or similar field is preferred, but willing to train
The schedule is fantastic: Flexible Days - Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 5:00.
Excellent pay as well as pay for drive time and mileage.
Excellent support in the field.
All nurses get iPhones and iPads.
Very tech savvy company with state of the art EMR to save charting time.
