Grouse is a value adding food production company that transforms gluten-free grains into brewing and baking ingredients. Our malt house is in Wellington, Colorado. We seek a Malt Production Team Member to join our team and encourage all those eligible and interested to apply.
Responsibilities:
You will be asked to execute small projects or tasks to support Manufacturing and Engineering Teams. These tasks or projects may include, but not necessarily limited to:
-Assist with malt and roast production operations.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Create and record process documentation.
-Assist with providing engineering support in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will typically have the following skill sets:
-Reliable transportation to Wellington.
-Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
-Aptitude for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
-A hands-on, self-starter, professional mentality.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Ability to work on your feet for 10+ hours/day.
-Not afraid of confined spaces.
-Not afraid of heights.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour days per week
Two shifts are available
Shift 1 = 6:00am to 4:30pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
Shift 2 = 9:30am to 8:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
Compensation:
$17+ an hour depending on experience, with a pay raise after 90-day training period is completed.
