Position is full-time with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Job Purpose: To provide support in all areas of production as may be required.
Summary of Duties:
PRODUCTION
- Follow Quality Control guidelines
- Sew material and/or material parts into finished products
- Trace and cut product pieces by utilizing material scrap
- Grommet ALL products based on daily order priority
- Prepare, print, and cut product labels
- Assemble products per product requirements
- Fold, package and label products for inventory or shipping
- Pick products from inventory for daily shipments
- Box products for daily shipments
- Keep inventory shelves clean and organized
- Print product inserts
- Report low material and supply levels to management
SUPERVISORY
- No supervisory responsibilities at this time
EQUIPMENT
- Operate and maintain sewing and sealing machines while following all required safety procedures
- Operate and maintain grommet machines while following required safety procedures
- Operate and maintain slitter machine while following required safety procedures
- Operate and maintain elastic machine while following required safety procedures
- Report all equipment issues to management
SAFETY / HOUSEKEEPING
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean environment
- Follow safety protocols per industry standards or as outlined per company safety guidelines
- Empty immediate work area trash cans on daily basis
- Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards
- Store and/or return product, scrap, tools, equipment, and materials to their designated place
- Perform shop housekeeping duties as requested
OTHER
- Contribute to team effort by performing necessary tasks, support and feedback as needed
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the company by complying with legal requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum 1‐2 years experience in the field or related area
- Follow directions as provided by your supervisor/manager
- Must be detail-oriented
- Maintain a positive attitude with team
- Good verbal and open communication skills are a must, keep team informed of changes, modifications, etc.
- Keep management informed of all task, equipment, and performance‐related opportunities
- Ability to identify problems and/or solutions while performing job duties and report to management
- Lift, balance, and carry a minimum of 50 lbs while using safe lifting practices
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
