Peerless Technologies is seeking a highly qualified individual to work at USSTRATCOM J861 at Offutt AFB, NE providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to accomplish Engineering and Analytical support. A&AS support will be used to evaluate current and future NC2 applications and procedures in support of USSTRATCOM’s assigned missions; determine requirements and possible operational gaps in NC2 applications and procedures; assist with developing prototypes and participating in demonstrations to senior leaders showing the potential of future NC2 capabilities. Tasks include: Identify business and functional requirements and the supporting technical requirements that will be needed. Work with authoritative data providers and projected data consumers to derive data transformation and analytical requirements. Prototype and develop techniques and processes in support of identified business/functional requirements for data ingest, transformation, analysis, distribution, visualization, and integration with new and legacy systems. Deliver ITIL conformant processes, procedures, and documentation in support of an enterprise data service strategy, design, transition, operation, and maintenance program.REQUIREMENTS
- An active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- Three (3) years of C2 systems experience
- JavaScript, CSS and HTML/XHTML experience
- Python, Bash or Groovy experience desired
- NIFI and XML transform (Xpath and Xquery aka XSLT) experience
- Linux/Unix command line experience
