Mowing Department Manager
Lawn Care / Mowing Manager
Local lawn care and landscaping company is looking for someone that can run our mowing department and become part of a great team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing your own truck and crew
Training new team members
Help route the day's work for each truck
Keep track of the performance of each team
Help manage the equipment and trucks
This position requires:
Experience with mowing on a high level
Managing people and crews
The ability to train people for results in a high standard of work
Have a strong work ethic
Communicate with your team and customers on a professional level
