Accessory Professional Full-Time Team Leader - Omaha Store
Cape Truck Accessories, Inc., a leading retailer in the truck topper and truck accessory market, with 2 stores in eastern Nebraska, is looking for a motivated, career minded individual to work in our Omaha location.
Must have the following Qualifications:
ï¬ Ability to work smoothly with a team to achieve goals.
ï¬ Excellent Customer Service skills
ï¬ Great communication skills
ï¬ Good people skills (we work with the people all day long!)
ï¬ Good hand tool knowledge
ï¬ Punctual
ï¬ Ability to follow and provide written and verbal directions
ï¬ Basic Computer Skills
Job Description:
Install aftermarket truck accessories.
Install fiberglass truck caps and lids.
Receive and check accuracy of deliveries.
Maintain the shop for a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Communicate with management to maintain proper levels of materials, supplies, and parts.
Keep accurate records of jobs performed.
Wage Salary $36,000 per year base + profit sharing and benefits
The qualified candidate will be involved in on-the-job training in several areas including: Installation, Sales, Customer Service, and Product knowledge.
