Job Description

As an Administrative Team Coordinator for the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide overall administrative support for the Senior Leaders in the firm. You will compile quarterly summaries for designated priorities and partner with different leaders to compile data. Other responsibilities include attending group retreats which could entail coordinating schedules, expense tracking, and working on special projects. Some travel may also be included. You may also travel to different meeting locations. This is a year-round part-time opportunity ranging from 20-25 hours a week while working standard business hours.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) and the capacity to learn new software.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the A/E industry helpful but not required.
