- 3+ years Agile coaching experience or equivalent.
- Certified SAFe ScrumMaster (SSM) or equivalent.
- Experience delivering multiple complex projects/programs using Agile Delivery/Development Lifecycle.
- Experience coaching ARTs (Agile Release Trains), multiple Agile Teams, Product Management, and Senior Business & Technology Stakeholders.
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent – this is highly preferred.
- SAFe Advanced ScrumMaster.
