- You will define and drive project test strategy.
- We are looking for an experienced QA and Test Automation Architect to continue establishing QA and test automation processes, refine and extend the automation architecture, and implement a testing program that utilizes automated testing to ensure we are delivering high-quality, defect free software.
- As a Test Automation Architect, you’ll serve as a key contributor; designing and building automation to enable all aspects of software testing.
- To succeed in this role, you’ll need technical automation knowledge, and the capability and desire to lead a team of testers.
- You will provide guidance and oversight to ensure teams can successfully develop and maintain test suites.
- You’ll research and recommend testing tools and create plans to implement them.
- You will be a thought leader for the testing team, especially in areas such as functional quality assurance, automated testing, continuous delivery integration, and performance engineering.

- Help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the larger organization
- Provide technical guidance to testing team members
- Design, build, and support an automated test framework for web applications, reporting and dashboards
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills
- Research new tools and testing approaches and execute and monitor their implementation
- Monitor automation projects and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Identify testable events and develop the test cases / test scripts
- Participate in requirements & use case reviews, and provide estimates for resources and testing schedules
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and peers
- Create test progress reporting for stakeholders
- BS or MS in Computer Science or professional work equivalent
- 5+ years of Test lead experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Test Automation or software development
- Coaching/ team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong communications skills on all levels
- Knowledge of white box and black box testing
- Exceptional problem-solving, investigative, and root cause analysis skills
- Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment
- Experience with regression testing
- Experience testing dynamic web UIs and Back End processing
- Experience with REST API's and standards
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) experience (i.e JIRA, Confluence, TFS)
- Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodology
- Accuracy / Attention to Detail
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca and QTest
- Software development experience
