Description:The Transfer/Deconversion team works directly with clients to transfer or deconvert their existing card portfolios. The team, comprised of project managers, data analysts, and programmers perform an initial review of a client’s requirements, write the programs and processes, and assist with the testing/loading process. These positions offer a variety of opportunities to handle both business and technical roles, learn and use multiple client applications/products, and develop relationships with many large financial institutions across the globe. We have a great team and are willing to provide on-the-job training, as needed!

The roles provide a unique opportunity to use both technical and analytical skills, knowledge of the payment processing industry, and the soft skills (communication, managing expectation, leading large efforts) required to work effectively with clients.Our job responsibilities:· Responsible for the technical data mapping analysis· Deliver and execute project milestones for the full project life cycle from initiation through project closure· Specific duties may include:• Designing and documenting complex technical requirements for business applications• Partnering with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions• Creation of mapping specifications and/or programs (depending on analyst vs. programmer role)• Ensuring quality of conversion suite including holding quality inspections• Debugging complex code and processes• Building partnerships with clients, product owners, application development teams, and program management colleagues• Adherence to internal processes and best practices• Monitoring and reporting progress• Identification of risks and issues; managing and escalating appropriately Basic Qualifications for Consideration:Communication Skills:• Excellent verbal and written communication• Experience in a client-facing role• Experience in stakeholder managementIndustry Knowledge:• Understanding of the Issuing Industry and associated products• Experience in converting to new processing platforms, preferredLeadership:• Ability to determine estimates of effort and impacts on a variety of solutions• Excellent time management skills• Ability to manage rapid change in a fast-paced environment• Ability to manage deliverables and provide support to multiple projects• Experience of working in a diverse and challenging environment• Enthusiasm to motivate others• Commitment to be part of the team, and to support others in making the wider team a success• Proven ability to manage and mitigate risks to project delivery• Ability to make information-based decisionsTechnical and Platform Knowledge:• 4 Year College Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics, preferred• Previous IT or Business Analysis experience, preferred• Strong knowledge in COBOL, Mainframe applications, IBM JCL, and TSO/TPX• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications• Developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail including the ability to analyze and/or code data from different platforms in order to integrate the data into a clients platform• Experience in testing and validation of output, reports, and financial balancing• Experience with and knowledge of clients production programs and processes, preferred• Conversion experience preferredNO THIRD PARTIES NO SUB-CONTRACTORS NO 1099’s NO CORP to CORP Data Resource Technologies Inc. is an Information Technology Staffing Firm serving the markets of the United States of America; the greatest country in the world.
