Actively engage team members daily to ensure excellent customer service & case management needs are metAssist team members in coordination of training through the new hire processesDevelop team members in case management skills to meet all contract deliverablesEngage in professional development opportunities for oneself and team membersCoordinate daily & weekly meetings with team members; both individual & team meetingsEnsure ongoing and open communication with staff, peers & leadersEnsure case management process and documentation is completed in a timely manner as required by contractReview team members work product to ensure contract standards are exceededEnsure that case managers are monitoring client’s progress toward goal of self sufficiencyProvide training and support to new case managers on program goals, processes and acquiring a caseloadOther duties as assigned
