- Thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software in general including Windows 10 operating system.
- Basic knowledge of administrating networks Windows Server 2008R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016.
- Working knowledge of business software and installation and configuration packages. Office, Bluebeam AutoCAD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise tools (WDS, WSUS, Group Policy, Domain Administration).
- Knowledge of enterprise backup and security tools and software.
- CompTIA A+ and MCP Certifications preferred not required.
- Office 365 Administration.
- Perform first-level support for all software, hardware, printer, network problems and issues, troubleshoot and assist in hardware and software problem solving for all offices.
- Perform routine in-house maintenance and help determine when outside support is required.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and provide technical support to multiple operating system platforms (i.e. Windows 10, Android, and Iphone across both desktop and mobile PC's.
- Configure new and used computers to meet specific user and departmental needs.
- Configure phone extension and phone mailbox.
- Assist in the installation of computer hardware and software. Perform upgrades.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records for PC upgrade and maintenance exchanges and department moves.
- Conduct quality assurance tests, routine house cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Contact vendors when outside support is required.
- Help maintain license and registration agreements.
- Maintain software media and documentation.
- Administer server back-ups.
- Help manage/administer user accounts.
- Keep abreast of current technologies that can affect overall computer system and pursue continued education and training.
- Assist the Information Systems Group Leader with general administrative and management duties as requested.
