Lead Selenium QA Engineer Omaha NE - No Sponshorship Provided Client: National Indemnity Company Duration: 12 months with extension Interview Process: Phone Screen+ WebEx Client Interview, Testing assessment in city they live in Candidates need to go to a testing facility for a personality and IQ assessment, It's a written assessment they take in a clean covid-free facility. Taking test is a must for this position. Position Overview: They are really holding out for candidates who have built Automation Frameworks from scratch with strong Selenium background. They are really looking for strong leads and people who can build this from the ground up. We have an immediate opening for a Software Quality Assurance Tester who will be involved in a number of responsibilities including testing new and existing applications and software enhancements, documenting errors using a bug tracking system to communicate software defects, functioning as a subject matter expert on product features/functionality, and communicating with technical and non-technical team members and leaders to determine test plans and to fix outstanding issues. What We Require:
- Manual Testing knowledge including creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Test Plans, etc.
- Proficient with use of Microsoft products and Windows applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Business, or related field
- Experience within an Automation Testing environment
- Automation Testing Tools including Selenium
- Experience writing Automated Test Scripts, ideally in VBScript
- Experience working in an Agile team environment
- Basic insurance terms and coverages knowledge
- SQL knowledge
