Responsibilities and Duties of the Product Owner:- Work closely with a cross-functional agile development team to create outstanding results for customers- Develop a deep understanding of customers and their needs and effectively communicate them to the team - Work with UI and UX designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes- Participate in product demos- Coordinate dependencies with other teams and departments- Launch new features by educating customer support, working with marketing, and driving adoption- Maintain and prioritize product backlog, develop the scope of backlog items- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on projects and backlog Experience and Skills of the Product Owner:- Experience with UI and UX design techniques and best practices- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountabilityEducation and Qualifications of the Product Owner:-Experience with the following a plus: Supply chain management, building materials, enterprise resource management systems (ERP), B2B applications- 5+ years' experience as a product owner- 5+ years' experience in agile software development- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, accounting, MIS, other related fields or equivalent work experiencePLEASE NOTE: s/ ONLY due to the government or federal requirement We CAN NOT accept 3rd party candidatesWe are unable to sponsor or transfer visas Only candidates closely matching the client's required qualifications and experience will receive a reply.
