Job Description: Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience with a high degree of complexity for medium-to-large sized customers.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes.
  • Project Management Certification (4 PM, PMP, etc.) is required.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • ITIL Certification is preferred.
  • IT Leadership experience.
  • Proven project portfolio experience involving one or more customers managing multiple projects towards a customer’s business strategies.
  • Proven experience developing project scopes and objectives as well as team member roles and responsibility.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, risk analysis, project methodology and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated planning skills and a proven ability to lead large teams in a multi-project environment.
  • Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to focus on building customer relationships and exceedng expectations.
  • Experience managing scheduling and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and track multiple projects, resource planning, and allocation, task delegation to accomplish project and customer business requirements.
  • Lead all planning efforts and communications with project resources and stakeholders upon project initiation and throughout project life-cycle to review scope of work and develop an overall project plan.
  • Maintain the project plan with activities, timelines, critical paths, and resource requirements.
  • Manage all activities against the project work schedule for the project duration.
  • Ensure proper execution of the plan through effective project resource management to align schedules and skills with the required work.
  • Escalate issues that need leadership to resolve project constraints.
  • Monitor and control all project activities against the plan, identifying and managing variances via the project governance structure.
  • Proactively monitor project progress and implement mechanisms, such as change control, to keep the project on track.
  • Document and report project status against established objectives, milestones, budget, and resources.
  • Manage all financial aspects of the project including budget management and revenue generation through project invoicing per the statement of work, change management including taking corrective actions to ensure financial project health.
  • Facilitate project closure and final invoicing to close out the project to ensure customer satisfaction and project success is attained.
  • Perform administrative functions in proper project tools to close out.
  • Facilitate project lessons learned review and document comments and actions.
