Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. - Proficient in full lifecycle application development.
- Analyze information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, work processes.
- Design build and test software leveraging established software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
- Develop information systems by designing, developing, testing and implementing software solutions.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts and diagrams.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, product owners and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
- Accomplish engineering and organization goals by completing related results as needed.
- Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

What is Werner looking for in a Salesforce Engineer?
- 3+ years Salesforce Administration
- Hands on experience in designing interactive applications
- Experience with test-driven development
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Proficient in software engineering tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills.
- Multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and key individuals within the business.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent education and work experience in an IT-related field
- Experience with working in an agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- The drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- The desire to continuously learn and grow your skill set
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent work experience required
- Salesforce Administrator required
- Advanced Salesforce certifications are preferred
