Core Responsibilities

:
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, level of effort, strategic alignment, stakeholders and business value
  • Engage with the business and technology leads
  • Facilitate project planning, development of user stories and estimates, sprint planning
  • Facilitate and assist with business analysis and project design
  • Establish project priorities, manage resources, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and all other project management functions
  • Engage all project stakeholders at appropriate stages in each project so as to ensure that project work is moving toward useful outcomes
  • Provide meaningful progress and feedback reporting that will allow project stakeholders to make course corrections
  • Assist with vendor resource management
  • Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement
  • Manage the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in agile methodology
  • Remove impediments faced by the scrum team
  • Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to facilitate a swift response/feedback from the business teams
  • Help product owners to keep the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
  • Facilitate group sessions such as retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint planning and stand-ups
  • Be effective in influencing individuals and groups

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience managing large and complex IT projects
  • Expert experience with Agile and Scrum Methodology
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Strong team building and collaboration skills
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong track record as a relationship builder with effective negotiation skills and proven interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate issues both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to drive teams to resolve issues and deliver successfully

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft
  • Experience with Jira
