Accountabilities: . Designing user interfaces using participatory and iterative design techniques. · Producing wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. · Effectively communicating conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually. · Working closely with a cross-functional team that includes developers, system architects, project managers, business analysts and subject matter experts. · Serving as an advocate for end users.

Required Qualifications: . Strong communications skills (both oral and written). · Strong analytical or critical thinking skills.· Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology or related field. Strong application experience (a minimum of 4 years direct UX or HCI experience) may be taken into account in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications: . Experience creating usability study scenarios as well as moderating of usability test sessions. · Experience with contextual inquiry and other user research methods. · Graphic design experience· Portfolio of work demonstrating skill in creation of user-centered design solutions.
