We are currently looking for a UI/UX Developer for the below Job description to join our team with one of our clients. Title- UI/UX Developer Location- Omaha, NE Position Type- Full Time Accountabilities:
- Designing user interfaces using participatory and iterative design techniques.
- Producing wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Effectively communicating conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Working closely with a cross-functional team that includes developers, system architects,
- project managers, business analysts and subject matter experts.
- Serving as an advocate for end users.
- Strong communications skills (both oral and written).
- Strong analytical or critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology or related field.
- Strong application experience (a minimum of 4 years direct UX or HCI experience) may be taken into account in lieu of a degree.
- Experience creating usability study scenarios as well as moderating of usability test sessions.
- Experience with contextual inquiry and other user research methods.
- Graphic design experience
- Portfolio of work demonstrating skill in creation of user-centered design solutions.
