We are hiring energetic and outgoing Mon-STARS to join our team! Be a part of this brand new, unique, family-friendly concept bar and grill in the Old Market. Omahas exclusive Monster Club will feature a custom horror-themed bar showcasing elevated pub food and novelty cocktails. We are now interviewing for General Manager, and Kitchen Manager Positions!
These management positions will help to provide consistent and ongoing training and coaching to lead staff and will assist with support staff when needed. You must be able to efficiently multitask and provide an excellent working team environment for employees, while monitoring and improving customer service, brand development, and cleanliness.
3 Years+ experience in a medium to high volume management role;
Must be professional, organized, motivated, and you are methodical in your attention to detail always striving for 100% accuracy in all your endeavors;
Must have a strong work ethic and feel comfortable in the fast-paced, often hectic environment of a busy restaurant;
Must also be confidant in your ability to handle problems efficiently and properly as they arise, often in conjunction with ownership;
Proven track record of management skills and achieving sales goals;
Congenial with well-honed leadership and customer service skills¦you know what it means to make EVERY customer feel at home every time and to make every customer experience a remarkable one.
