Restaurant General Manager
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an Upscale Casual Concept
Previous GM background with high volume (over $2m per year) Full Service Restaurants
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented Hourly employees & Managers
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Passion for customer service and taking care of guests
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the Omaha area
