Small company providing contract food service looking for a lead supervisor to oversee 10 detainees. Will be feeding roughly 200 people on a tray line system. Must be able to pass background check. Duties include: following basic recipes, overseeing food production and tray line, and food production paperwork. Schedule will vary; initially will be part-time hours which could expand to full-time hours.
