PM Sauté Cook

The Shadow Ridge Country Club Food & Beverage department is currently accepting applications for a PM Saute Cook.

· Compensation is highly competitive

· Must be dependable and hardworking

· Must have reliable transportation

· Weekends are required

· 2+ years professional cooking experience preferred, although will train

· Ability to work well with others

· Proficient basic cooking techniques, knife skills, strong organizational skills

· Punctuality, good time management and a sense of urgency

· Overtime available
